I don’t understand the law or the reasoning behind the law that two adult goats and two baby goats can’t stay on the Griffin’s private property. That’s not much in the way of goats and I cannot imagine why neighbors would complain. Goats aren’t half as loud as dogs, in my experience and they aren’t dirty or aggressive.
