Friday Pain

I’m grateful to have made it through my 3rd exercise class last night. My stamina was much better, but I still think that an hour is too long. I believe I can keep the three times a week schedule and still be able to maintain my meeting and sponsee time. My son has been at my Mothers house for a couple of weeks now.
